Our expertise in this market segment allows us to provide a competitively priced program. Our Professional Liability Insurance for Insurance Agents and Brokers Program can be customized to fit the precise business needs of property and casualty (P&C) agencies and specialized agencies with at least $25,000 in annual revenues. As an added benefit to our insureds, we also offer stand-alone Employment Practices Liability Insurance. EPLI offers protection for legal defense expenses and damages resulting from wrongful employment practices, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and other related workplace issues.

  • Claims made, excess & surplus lines policy
  • Duty-to-defend policy
  • Worldwide coverage
  • Full prior acts coverage available
  • Optional extended reporting period for up to three years
  • Terrorism coverage available
  • Mold and asbestos exclusion amended to give coverage for professional services performed as an insurance broker
  • Minimum deductible: $2,500
  • Limits: $1 million / $1 million
