Employers face a growing multitude of serious employment practices liability (EPL) exposures
in their day-to-day interactions with employees. EPLI protects businesses against legal defense expenses and damages resulting from wrongful employment practices
including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and other related workplace issues.

- Coverage available for companies with 1,000 employees or less,
however, larger accounts will be considered on an exception basis
- Allegations of Employment Related Emotional Distress, Mental
Injury, and Mental Anguish

- Up to $3 million per claim / $3 million aggregate for most classes
- Minimum premium $5,000
- SIR Options $5,000 and up
