Target Insurance Services is a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) and Program Administrator, headquartered in Avon, CT and Naperville, IL.   Target specializes in providing a wide range of insurance programs to niche markets.  We work closely with agents and brokers, policyholders, carriers, and reinsurers to develop comprehensive programs that meet the specific needs of each market segment. Through our strategic working relationships with top-rated carriers and reinsurers, we are able to implement quality programs that provide value to all parties involved:
